Video ad lied about GLP1 and now my heart is racing

I saw a video ad that took me to vittaburn.com. It said the product has natural GLP1 for weight loss and the dosage was way lower than what's actually on the bottle. Well this thing has no GLP1 at all. It's just full of stimulants that made my heart rate go up and my blood pressure spike.

They advertise a single bottle for $69.99 but my bank got charged $108.00. Turns out it's a subscription program not a one time purchase. I tried to cancel and it's almost impossible. Even after sending the product back getting a refund is even harder. This stuff is dangerous if you have heart problems or blood pressure issues.
