Facebook ad for something I never got

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered something from vivantiquu.com. I paid $42.99 for it. That was a while ago and I still haven’t gotten anything.

No tracking number, no update, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. I just want my money back or the product I paid for. It feels like a total scam.
