Paid them to get out of a timeshare and now they won’t help

We hired this company to get us out of our Hilton vacation club membership. They said we had to join theirs instead. That should have been a red flag I guess.

We paid them $1800. Since then we have called them many times asking for an update. They just say they don’t know who is handling it or who to call. Nobody seems to know anything. We sent them a cease and desist letter because of the predatory marketing and because they did not do what they promised. But we still keep getting calls and emails from them.

They have been reported to the FTC and the Louisiana Attorney General’s office. Their website is vivenziavacationclub.com and they call from 1(877) 336-7232. I just want them to stop.
