Bought headphones from an Instagram post and never got them

I saw this post on Instagram from an account called vivere.la. They were selling headphones so I bought a pair. That was about 2 months ago now and I still haven't gotten anything from them.

I paid $26.12. The address they had was in Los Angeles, CA. I don't know what else to do. They just took my money and nothing showed up.
