Signed up for service but can't access website or app
I signed up for their service but then I could not navigate to their website or download the app. I cant access anything. And now I cant cancel either. I tried looking around but there is no way to get in. I lost $19. They took my money and I have no way to use what I paid for or even stop them from charging me again.
