Ordered items in January and never received anything

I placed an order with vlooksfestive back in January. I paid over $52 for some items. The money came out of my account, but I never got my stuff.

I tried to get a hold of someone about it. I couldn't reach anyone. No replies, nothing. The phone number I had, (757) 709-6622, didn't help. I just never received anything I paid for.
