Romance scammer on VNEXCHANGE platform took my money for a house

I am a victim of a romance scam and elder finance abuse. I met a scammer named TRAN NHAT MINH in October 2025. He said he was a widow living in Canoga Park, CA but was on a business trip in New York. He told me he was a supervisor on the platform VNEXCHANGE.ME.

He said he loved me and wanted to build a new life in the USA. He used a story about buying a house to pressure me into sending money to different bank accounts in Vietnam. The platform showed a profit of 1,700,000 USD. When I tried to withdraw the money they refused and asked me to send more. I did but still could not get my money. Then he cut off the relationship.

I sent money through money transfer companies and wire transfers from November 2025 to May 2026. I think this is a scam and I reported it to the police. Thank you for protecting seniors in our community.
