Ordered an item in January, never got it or my money back

I ordered something from Von Maur back on January 15th. The tracking showed my package stuck in the same town for over three weeks, so I figured it was lost. I called their customer service at 1(877) 866-6287 to report it.

I asked if I could just get a refund and they could keep the package if it ever turned up. The person I spoke with said they would call me back in three days with an update. They never called back.

It's been well over a month now. I never got the item and I haven't gotten my $108 back either. Nothing.
