Got a strange voicemail from a company called VS Processing

I got a voicemail from the number 844-285-3944. The caller said they were from "VS Processing." The message was about some documents for a complaint that were ready to be sent out, and that I needed to be available to sign for them. They told me to call the "issuing agent immediately" to stop further action. They also said the call was being recorded as proof.

The whole thing felt off. The person leaving the message had a very thick accent, like from Southeast Asia. I don't know what they're talking about or what company this really is. I never signed up for anything from them.
