Paid for windows three years ago and still haven't gotten them

I placed an order with Vue Windows and paid them $4000. It’s been three whole years now and they never delivered the windows. I’ve tried everything to get this resolved. I’ve emailed them at [email protected]. Nothing works. All that effort and I have nothing to show for it. They just took my money and that was it.
