Text message about a bill from Vulcan Imaging I don't recognize

I got a text from this number (888) 977-9729 saying they were collecting for Vulcan Imaging Assoc. They gave an account number and said I owed part of a bill.

So I called Vulcan Imaging myself to check and they told me they have no idea who this company is. The text also had a website link s-url.pro/CcsFxb which I didn't click on.

Just a weird phishing thing I guess. No money lost but still annoying.
