Ordered from Vynacore, never got my item and can't get a refund

I bought something from Vynacore and I never received it. I did everything they said to do for a refund, but they just ignored me. The last email I got from them said a shipping label was created, and that was it.

I tried following up a month later, and they said they have a new no-refund policy. So now I can't get my money back and I can't get the product either. I'm out seventy dollars.
