Ordered a dog carseat from Instagram ad and never got it

I saw this ad for a dog carseat on Instagram and Facebook. They said they had plenty in stock in their US warehouse and ship within 1-3 business days. So I placed the order on June 4th and I still haven't gotten anything. There's no customer service number to call or anything.

I've sent 4 emails and every time I get the same response back. I even emailed twice saying I want to cancel my order and they just send the same email thanking me for my patience and saying my order will ship soon. This morning I went online to read reviews and saw a bunch of other people also placed orders and never got the product either. Lost $121.50.
