Ordered from Wagging Rights USA and never got my money back

I ordered from Wagging Rights USA and it turned into a mess. Their ads say they're overstocked but then they tell you your item is backordered. Then they just keep pushing the delivery date out further and further.

Customer service is basically AI responses, no real person. And when I tried to warn people they blocked me on their social media pages.

I still haven't gotten my money back so now I have to file a claim with my credit company. This company has a history of doing this. AVOID.

Scam company

They offer two sizes Med and XL. I ordered the Med based on their sizing and the videos they show. When I received it, it was so small. A poodle would barely fit in it. They claim they have free returns. However, they offered me an XL for more money or to keep the one I had for a 20% credit. Why would I want to keep it at a 20% discount? I dont want an XL because the main reason I ordered this was my current ones takes up my entire backseat and my dog doesnt need that much room. Its now been 72 hrs since I said I wanted a return and now its crickets... they show Med sized beds that are Smalls then show XL that are Large. Then they basically scam people into keeping.They respond back quickly until they realize nothing changes and you want a return. Then they ignore you... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PELSBARN is similar in this. I think they are all run by the same people sadly. Ill stick to local petstores and Chewy from now on!

Ordered a dog carseat from Instagram ad and never got it

I saw this ad for a dog carseat on Instagram and Facebook. They said they had plenty in stock in their US warehouse and ship within 1-3 business days. So I placed the order on June 4th and I still haven't gotten anything. There's no customer service number to call or anything.

I've sent 4 emails and every time I get the same response back. I even emailed twice saying I want to cancel my order and they just send the same email thanking me for my patience and saying my order will ship soon. This morning I went online to read reviews and saw a bunch of other people also placed orders and never got the product either. Lost $121.50.
