Bought Bratziez blind boxes and got fakes from TikTok Shop

I bought a set of Bratziez blind box dolls from TikTok Shop. The seller was called Waka Toys. I spent $232.95 on them. What I got looks counterfeit and some were damaged too. The packaging is totally different from the real V1 boxes I have pictures showing all the differences.

The seller’s page said buyer protection and free returns or refunds are guaranteed. So when I got the fakes I reported it to TikTok Shop support with all my photos and screenshots. But they just won’t do anything about it. No refund no help.

I think they are tricking people with fake merchandise on there. Just be careful if you buy collectibles from that seller or on TikTok Shop at all. I still have all the proof.
