Bought a gift card from Walgreens that doesn’t work

I bought a gift card from Walgreens and it doesn’t work. My family was counting on me and it was embarrassing as heck. I called customer service and spoke to an agent named Sie or Sia, I’m not sure. She proceeded to lie to me repeatedly saying they don’t work at gas stations. But my first purchase was at a gas station. So again, I’m embarrassed and upset.

The phone number on the card was (833) 322-6760 and the email was [email protected]. I lost $30.00 on this. I don’t know what else to do.
