Ordered a cashmere sweater, got the wrong size and no way to return it

I saw an ad from Walker and Grey for a cashmere sweater. I ordered one but it came in the wrong size. It also shipped from China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. I tried to email them at [email protected] to arrange an exchange, but I never got a reply. The sweater is cheaply made, too. This whole thing feels like a cheap scam. I'm going to contact my credit card company to try and get my $50 back. I'd tell anyone else to just stay away.

Ordered a cashmere sweater, got a small polyester one instead

I ordered a pullover 3/4 zip sweater from Walker and Grey that was advertised as cashmere. I used their size chart to pick my size. When it got here, the tag says it's rayon and polyester. It was at least two sizes too small, the color was different than the picture, and the sleeves only came past my elbows. It just wasn't made the same. This is about my closed case, number 24436251. I paid $59 for this.
