Ordered shoes that didn't fit, now they want me to pay for shipping to China

I bought a pair of shoes from walker-sons.com for my wife, size 8. The order came and the shoes had no size tag anywhere. They just did not fit.

I go to return them and they tell me I have to pay for the shipping. And that it's to China. They never once let me know about this. I paid almost $80.
