Their Return Policy is False

I ordered shoes and they were too big. I emailed the address stated on their website for returns. Even though shoes were brand new and not not warn since were too big, they would not accept return. They offered 20% then a 40% refund. I just wanted to return for a smaller pair, since I purchased 2 pairs for a total of over $100.00. Even though their website says quick returns within 30 days, they DO NOT honor this. So I am out money and stuck with 2 pair of size 10 when I wear a 7.5. This place is a SCAM

Ordered shoes that were way too small and they want me to ship them to China

I ordered some shoes from walkstk and they came and they were way too small. Not even close to fitting. So I emailed them about it, sent a couple emails back and forth. First they offered me a 10% refund, then they upped it to 20%. I just want to return them and get my money back, I paid 75 bucks for these.

Then they told me if I wanted to send the shoes back I had to ship them to China. That doesn't make sense to me, the shipping would cost more than the shoes are worth. Their website is walkstk and the email is [email protected]. I don't know what to do now, I'm just stuck with shoes I can't wear.
