Olivia from Walmart called me about fake accounts and I almost gave my info
Olivia from Walmart called me to report fraudulent activity and multiple accounts and credit cards associated with my account. None of them were mine, but one of the emails she provided me with was my husband's. She claimed the accounts were from Texas, Ohio and California and the items purchased were shipped to 49 Arcadia Court, Albany, NY 12205.
She claimed to transfer me to the social security identity theft department and Pamela Crawford, ID#080419 told me she needed the last four numbers of my social security number. I went to my bank and they told me it was a scam.

Got a call about a PlayStation 5 I never ordered
Got a call from someone saying they were Olivia from Walmart Order verification. Said there was a pre-authorized purchase of $919.45 for a PlayStation 5 and 3D headset on a Walmart account in my name and phone number. They said if I didn't make the purchase to press one to cancel the order. I didn't press anything. I don't even have a Walmart account like that. The number was 1(302) 207-2288 and they said they were in DE, USA. Just seemed off. Didn't make sense. No money lost but still.

Voicemail about a fake iPad charge on my card
Got a voicemail saying it was from Walmart. Said there was a fraudulent charge for an iPad. They left a number to call back (970) 303-2043. Address said MI, USA. I never bought an iPad. Didn't even call them back. Just felt off. No money lost but still annoying.

Got a weird voicemail about a Walmart purchase I didn't make
I got a voicemail from the number (832) 930-8090. It was an automated message. It said there was a pre-authorized purchase on my Walmart account for an Xbox Series X and an iPad 11, totaling $3499.
The message told me to call a fraud department at 970-303-2043 if I didn't recognize the transaction. It repeated that part. I don't have a purchase like that. The whole thing felt off.
I'm just reporting this voicemail because it seems like a scam. I didn't call the number they gave.

Got a strange voicemail about a Walmart purchase I didn't make.
I got a voicemail from the number (915) 933-6481. When I called back, they said they were calling from Walmart. They said there was a "preauthorized purchase" on my Walmart account.
They told me a Playstation 5 special edition bundle and a headset were ordered in my name. The total was for $1537.35. I never ordered anything like that. The whole thing felt off.

My Walmart account was suspended and they won't give me my money
My account got deactivated, and now it says it's suspended. I have a Walmart balance of $572 and $108 in Walmart cash that they won't give me because my "account is closed." I told them, even if the account is closed, you're Walmart, you have access to my money. I need to get to my funds urgently.
I don't get what violations they're trying to charge me with, something about a "return violation." I returned all the items. I've been a member since 2021 and I've spent over $50,000 with them. I asked them to fix this right away.
They never explained what the violations were. As a customer, I have a right to know the details. I have my own money sitting in that account.

Got a weird voicemail about a Walmart purchase I didn't make
I got a call and a voicemail was left. It said, "Hello, this is Julie from Walmart. A pre-authorized purchase for a PlayStation 5 and an impulse 3D headset in the amount of $919.45 was placed using your name and phone number. If you did not authorize this purchase, please call our Walmart support immediately at 805-236-10" and then it just cut off.
I didn't buy anything. The whole thing felt off. The number they wanted me to call is 805-236-10, but the call came from a different number, which was (575) 388-4103. I didn't call back. It just didn't make sense.

Got a text saying my Walmart account was stolen
I got a text message from a phone number, (204) 816-5114. The person said they were from Walmart and that my account was stolen. They told me somebody was trying to charge $1,500 worth of stuff from my account.
The whole thing felt off. The text came from a number I didn't know, and they said the address was in MB, CAN. I'm in the United States. I didn't click anything or give them any information, so I didn't lose any money. But it was a weird message to get out of the blue about my Walmart account.
