Won a free vacation at the mall but they wanted my credit card

There was a booth at the Plymouth Meeting Mall advertising a free vacation giveaway. I entered the raffle and they said I won. So I called the number they gave me to redeem it and they told me I had to pay money first. Then they asked for my credit card info and my address.

I gave them the info but I never got any trip information or anything. I never heard back. I think they are just tricking people into thinking they won something so they can steal credit card numbers and personal info. Please look into this.
