Ordered something in April and still nothing in June

I bought something from WareGami.com back on April 6th. It’s now June 1st and I still don’t have my item. I emailed them a bunch of times and they kept saying they’d look into it. They answered me but nothing ever happened. Just kept telling me they would check on it. I lost $18.49 and never got what I paid for.
