Ordered a folding warming tray in November and never got it

I ordered a folding warming tray back in November and I still haven't gotten it. I paid like 20 bucks for it. I've tried contacting them a few times but nobody ever responds. No email back, nothing.

I just want my money back or the tray. It's been months now and I don't know what else to do. I keep checking my mail but nothing shows up.
