Paid for lockout service and they never showed up

I called a towing company to get my car lock opened. The lady spoke with some sort of middle eastern accent then asked for payment ahead of service which I found odd but made sense to me for something where they travel, but then never showed up.

I paid them $250. Also every time I called the number back it sent me to different numbers like transferred or something, they were 877-416-0380. Their website was warrensburgtowing.top and the email was [email protected]. I just wanted my car unlocked and now I'm out the money.
