Got a weird call about my gas bill from someone named Miss

I just got this call. The person said she was "Miss" something, I didn't catch the last name. She said she needed to reach me about reviewing the supply charges on my Washington Gas statement.

She left a number for me to call back, which was (571) 739-9007. She told me to have my statement ready and gave me a reference number.

It felt off. I didn't call back. I don't know who this is or why they're calling about my bill. I never signed up for any review.
