Got a scary letter about a home warranty I don't have

I got this letter saying it's from Washington State Employees CU. I used to have a mortgage with them years ago on my old house. The letter says my home warranty is about to run out and that I'll be financially liable for all repairs. It says this is the final attempt to contact me.

It made it sound like I still have a loan and a warranty with them, and if it lapses I'm on the hook for expenses. It scared me at first. But there's no address or contact person on it, just a phone number: 877-889-3628. There's another number for Spanish, 877-956-4502. I don't have any home warranty with them, and I don't even have that mortgage anymore. The whole thing felt off.
