Paid for a fence job and nobody ever showed up

I paid $1500 for a booking to start a fence job and they never showed up to do the work. I tried calling the owner but nobody ever answered. The website is waterbrokfencellc.com and the phone number they gave was (239) 601-2101.

I just want my money back. They said they were based out of Omaha, NE but I have no way to reach anyone now. It's been a waste of time and money.
