Ordered air filters and never got them, no phone number listed

I ordered 4 air filters on June 6 2026 from waterclearsupply.com. Today is June 30 2026 and I still have not received them. There is no phone number to contact this company by.

I tried to get them to search my order number on their email site and it said my order number did not exist. So there for I think they are a fraudulent company operating in Florida. Lost $18.
