Someone added my card to Apple Pay without asking me

I got a call from (323) 251-1022 saying something about my credit card and Waterpikk website. I never did anything with Apple Pay but somehow my credit card got enrolled in it. I didn't even get charged or anything but I also didn't get any confirmation about any order. It just feels weird that someone could do that without my permission. I don't know how they got my info but I'm out $20.00 and nobody can tell me what happened.
