Ordered a cake online and it never showed up

I placed an order number 30040 for Fig and Walnut Cake on April 25, 2026. It still hasn't arrived. I've tried to check on it a bunch of times.

They keep giving me different email addresses or this foreign phone number that doesn't work. Like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and WA+622150980365. I spent $45.53 and got nothing.

Ordered a large capacity box but got two tiny bags instead

I ordered something from watteimall.com because it said it was a “large capacity box.” Cost me 63 bucks. What I got was two small plastic bags with maybe 200 grams of stuff in it including the packaging. That’s not a large capacity box.

Also there was no expiration date on it. No ingredient list or any kind of label. No description of what it even is. So I can’t really tell if it’s safe to use or eat.

I tried to leave a review on their site to warn people but you have to register an account first. That feels like they don’t want honest feedback. I’m not asking for my money back just want to report it so others don’t get the same thing.
