They called saying I won a $500k grant but need to pay fees first

Someone called me from (407) 252-9291 saying I won a $500k government grant. They said I just need to fill out a form and they will give it to me. But I have to pay for the shipping and processing fees first. That didn't sound right to me.

I looked up the website wavesofgiving.org and it just felt off. They kept pushing me to pay for the fees before I could get the money. I didn't send them anything but it was a weird call. No real company name on anything.
