Ordered a surfboard and got charged by a person I never heard of

I ordered a surfboard through what I thought was the Wavestorm site. But the order processed through some site I have never heard of called Luxepolly. And the charge came through an individual’s name, SP Rafael Iniguez Ruva. Never heard of him either.

I tried to contact the merchant but the email just bounced back as undeliverable. The email was [email protected]. So now I’m out about 90 bucks and no surfboard. No way to get ahold of anyone.
