Dress didn't fit and they kept offering less money

I ordered a dress from wavlynn.com and it didn't fit. Their website says returns are pretty standard so I wrote to them about sending it back.

They tried to wiggle out of the return and offered to send me the dress in another size instead. Then they offered me a 15% refund. When I pushed back that went to 30%. After that they just stopped communicating.

I'm out $55 and stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. Their address is 2105 Vista Oeste NW Ste E, Albuquerque, NM 87120 and the email is [email protected].

Sent back clothes that didn’t fit and no refund

I ordered some stuff from Wavlynn.com and when it came nothing fit right. So I asked them for a refund like a normal person would. I’ve asked more than once now and they just won’t do it.

Their phone number is (574) 398-7779 and their email is [email protected]. The address on the site is 2105 Vista Oeste NW Ste E in Albuquerque NM 87120. I just want my money back for the stuff I sent back. It’s not that complicated.
