Ordered a car phone holder last month, never got it

I ordered a wayuosn phone holder for my car dashboard last month. They sent me a message saying the package was at my mailbox, but it was never there. I checked everywhere and it just didn't show up.

I want my money back for the $21 I paid, or send me another one. If you send a new one, you need to use fast shipping this time. I never got what I paid for.
