Ordered from a veteran-owned site but got wrong size from China

I ordered from Wear WDNC because they said they were veteran-owned. That mattered to me. It took four weeks to even get the package and when it finally showed up it came from China.

The item was the wrong size. I tried to contact them about a return and refund but they won’t respond. I just want my money back. I lost $33 on this.
