Ordered clothes on sale, never got them, tracking says delivered

I placed my first order with wearira.com on December 5th, 2025. It was for 7 items that were on sale. The order was supposed to be delivered on January 9th, 2026. I never got it. My cameras record everything, there was no delivery.

I contacted customer service. The person I spoke to placed the order again for me. They used a tracking site called Track658. This one was supposed to come on January 21st, 2026. The tracking site says it was delivered, but it absolutely was not. Then the order site itself said no order was available. I contacted customer service again. I got an email back, I attached it, but it didn't help. I still don't have my items.
