Ordered a bra bundle and got cheap bags with no brand label

I ordered a bra bundle from wearkova.co because they said returns were free. It took a whole month to get here. I’m not even sure these are from the website, they look nothing like the pictures. No Kova label anywhere on them.

The items just came folded in a shipping bag, not in the nice boxes like the website shows. No brand identifiers or labels at all. Just bras in cheap plastic bags. I tried contacting them through their contact page and also copied their customer service email to send my own message. Got zero reply after trying multiple days.

The return label under the shipping label to me is from someone in Pennsylvania who seems to have just forwarded it. I tried to find her but can’t. My order on the site says I can track with Shop, but that doesn’t work either. All the tracking came from T.17track.net and was in some Asian language that sometimes didn’t translate. The tracking number came from hualianwantong. I’m out $82.85.
