Ordered clothes over a month ago, tracking says delivered but nothing came

I ordered some clothes from this company off of YouTube. It's been over a month now. The ad stated Bloomingdales and showed a New York address, but the tracking number they gave me is from China. I kept waiting and then the tracking said it was delivered. But no package ever arrived.

It said it was at a distribution center in Parkville, MD, and then claimed it was delivered. I've waited and it never came. Obviously to me this is a scam. They've even blocked my access to the tracking information now. I tried filling out your form as best I could. I lost $20.
