Got a threatening call about a debt I don't owe

I got a call from someone saying they're from Weber County. They said this was the final attempt to help me resolve something in their office before they file a claim against me. They told me to contact them immediately to avoid an order against my assets.

The whole thing felt off. I don't have any matter with them. They kept repeating the phone number, 812-612-8137, and it just didn't make sense. I never signed up for anything or owe anything to Weber County. It was just a threatening message out of nowhere.
