Ordered sandals from Pinterest ad and never got them
There's no 800 number to call and talk to a real person. The only way to contact them is through [email protected]. I emailed them and today is 9-9-2026 and I still haven't gotten my item. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Sandals looked like dollar store quality after long wait for shipping
I got the package today and the quality is just bad. The sandals are so cheap, like something you'd get from a dollar store. The other two pairs are a little more structured but still feel cheap. They look like the pictures on the site but the quality is not there.
I tried to start a return right away. On their website it says returns are allowed. But when I emailed them about it, they sent me a link that says all sales final. I spent $176 on these. I never would have bought them if I knew that was the policy.
