Got scammed by fake Webroot employee Ryan Green

I got a call about my Webroot renewal. This guy Ryan Green said he was from Webroot. He sold me firewall protection from some company called Webguard, which I don't think even exists. Then he called back later to tell me my computer was infected because Webroot was supposedly down for a whole week.

He tried to give a $30 cash refund, but then it turned into some crazy story about $30,000. He said *we* tried to steal from *him*. He wanted us to go to the bank to give him back money. It makes no sense.

The names are Ryan Green at 806-696-7051 and also 818-643-3400, and another guy Steven Anthony at 845-815-3252. These guys are just scammers. I lost $899.99.
