Paid over a hundred dollars and never got my item

I ordered something from Wehilion.com and paid $105. They offered expedited shipping for an extra $27 so I paid that too, said it would come in 3-5 days. That was a while ago and I never got anything.

I tried emailing support at [email protected] and they said they would give me a refund and that it was in process. But I never got the money back and I never got the item either. The whole company is fake they just take your money.
