No one answers the phone at WellCare after they tried contacting me

WellCare tried to contact me first, but when I try to call them back nobody ever answers. I have called multiple times and nothing. It's just ringing or going nowhere. I don't know what they want but they reached out to me first and now I can't get through to anyone. Feels like a waste of time.
