Ordered one knee brace, got sent eight packs plus extra stuff

I ordered just one knee brace from the Wellnee website. What showed up was eight packs of knee braces and some other pain relief thing I never asked for. I've been trying to call the number they list, 1-844-961-3766, to talk to someone about this, but I can't get through. Every time it just says to call back later. There's no customer service at all.
