Mail about my mortgage with no company name on the letter

I got a few pieces of mail in a short time. They all said "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage with WELLSFARGOBANKNA." But there was no real company name on the letter, just that weird all caps name.

I don't even know if this is really from Wells Fargo or not. The phone number on it was (833) 609-0392. I didn't call it. Something felt off about the whole thing. No money lost but it was confusing.
