Ordered clothes on Facebook and they sent it to a town that doesn't exist

I ordered some rompers and bras from this site Welyvia after seeing them on Facebook. Paid about $39.73 for everything.

I tried tracking the package a few times and they said it was delivered to Logansport, Tx. 71049. That is my zip code but the state is wrong. There is no Logansport in Texas. I live in a different state with that same zip. So I never got my stuff and nobody will answer me about it.
