Flower basket order was not what they promised

I ordered from Wenarey.com because they had these nice baskets with flowers all arranged nice like the pictures. What showed up was just 6 flower bunches thrown together not even close to what I thought I was getting.

They say 100% satisfaction or your money back right on the site. So I sent them an email telling them I was not happy. They wrote back saying they would refund 40 percent or I could send it back if I paid the shipping myself. That is not a 100% guarantee at all. Totally unacceptable.
