Bought something on Facebook that was nothing like the ad

I ordered something from a site I found on Facebook. The website was wendlly.com and I paid about 30 bucks. The product showed up and it was nothing like what they had in the pictures. Just cheap junk, really bad quality materials. The whole thing feels like a total scam and a rip off. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply.
