Got a weird text telling me to call an attorney or else

I got this text out of nowhere. It said I had to call attorney Wendy Smith or I’d get a failure to appear. It gave a phone number, (877) 316-0087, and said the address was in WA, USA.

I never signed up for anything. I don't know who this is. The whole thing felt off, like a threat for no reason. I didn't call the number.
