Paid for a Chevy K10 truck online and never got it

I found a Chevrolet K10 online that said it was in their inventory. I called the number (715) 515-7196 and talked to a guy named William Doyle. I asked him for a video of the truck and he sent me a link the next day. We agreed on a price that included shipping to Colorado.

He sent me a Bill of sale so I wired the money to a Wells Fargo account for Blackridge Legacy LLC, they do business as Wentworth Auto Sale. He kept talking to me and even sent a picture of the truck being loaded for shipping. Then he gave me a contact for the trucking company, email and phone (405 679 2888) for a guy named Edgar Rogers. I talked to Edgar and he gave me a delivery date.

When the date came I tried calling William to check on it because Edgar’s phone just went to a recording for something called Integrity car vehicle shipping and I couldn’t leave a message. The delivery time came and went. Next day nothing. William won’t call me back. The truck is still listed on their site saying it’s available. I lost $19,500.
