Phone calls from different numbers saying Amy from West Capital Lending

I keep getting calls from this number (402) 619-9583 and a bunch of other numbers too. They all say the same thing, some lady named Amy from West Capital Lending. I have gotten at least 20 calls from different numbers now.

They say they are from Grand Island NE, USA. I don't even know who they are. I never lost any money to them but it's just annoying. It feels like phishing or something because they keep calling from random numbers.
